Promote Sphere is a digital platform facilitating collaborations between Brands and Influencers. All services offered on our platform are delivered electronically. As such, no physical products are shipped or delivered.

2. Service Delivery

Once a deal is confirmed between a Brand and an Influencer, the collaboration details, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon within the platform. All communication, submission of content, and approvals are handled digitally via our in-platform messaging and deal management system. No physical shipping address is required or requested from users.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Timelines for content creation, delivery, and campaign execution are determined during deal negotiation between the Brand and Influencer. Promote Sphere recommends that both parties agree upon clear deadlines before finalizing the deal to avoid any misunderstandings. Any delay in service delivery must be communicated directly between the concerned parties using the platform’s chat feature.

4. Failure to Deliver

If an Influencer fails to fulfill the agreed deliverables within the mutually decided timeline: The Brand has the right to report the issue using our built-in dispute resolution system. Promote Sphere will assess the case and, if necessary, may offer a partial or full refund after deducting applicable service charges.

5. Refund Eligibility

As this is a digital service: Refunds are only issued in cases where no influencer accepts a posted requirement, or if a confirmed deal fails to proceed due to non-performance. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions for complete refund guidelines.

6. Global Accessibility

Our services are available globally. However, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local digital service laws applicable in their region.
